The ingredients in our Spiced Groundcherry Jam are simple and short: Groundcherries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger, salt and Star Anise.

Each jar of our home canned goods as a rule of thumb by the USDA Canning Guide, are good for up to 1 year, if stored unopened in a cool dark place.  Once opened, the remaining product should be refrigerated.
